AfAN is organized so that global unity, national leadership, regional coordination and local ministry work together. Each level has a distinct responsibility while remaining connected to the same vision, doctrine, mission and constitutional order.
Guards unity, doctrine, global policy, international mission and relationships among national churches.
Govern and administer AfAN within each nation and coordinate divisions, ministries and national mission.
Coordinate districts, receive their plans and budgets, and support ministerial oversight across a wider area.
Supervise clusters, implement AfAN policy, coordinate district programmes and strengthen ministerial accountability.
Connect nearby local churches for planning, church planting, reporting, pastoral support and shared ministry.
Gather believers for worship, discipleship, evangelism, fellowship, compassion and community transformation.
Constitutional standards, vision, policy and strategic direction are communicated from global and national leadership to the structures responsible for implementation.
Reports, plans, statistics, budgets and ministry information move upward so leaders can provide oversight, stewardship and support.
Every level collaborates with the levels above and below it, preventing isolation and strengthening shared mission across the church.
The structure exists to serve ministry—not replace it—so that the Gospel can be preached, disciples raised, leaders developed and churches planted.
