Home Cells bring church life closer to members through fellowship, sound teaching, evangelism, follow-up, pastoral connection and practical care.
Home Cells are recognised within the local church as functioning ministry bodies. They create a regular setting in which members can grow in fellowship, strengthen one another, reach neighbours and remain closely connected to pastoral leadership.
The Home Cell Coordinator links the cells with the pastor and Church Board of Elders, facilitates programmes, supports follow-up and welfare work, and helps make sure that cells meet and uphold sound doctrine.
Members meet in a smaller setting for prayer, Scripture, encouragement and discipleship.
Cells help leaders know members, communicate needs and arrange pastoral visitation.
Cells support evangelism, welcome visitors, care for prospects and help new believers become established.
Home Cells cooperate with welfare structures during weddings, sickness, funerals and other family needs.
