The supreme global body providing worldwide governance, policy direction, strategic oversight, ministerial accountability and international coordination.
The Global Board is the supreme global body of Assembly for All Nations. It provides policy leadership and operating guidance for national churches and serves the worldwide church through strategic, administrative, ministerial and constitutional oversight.
The Global Board is headed by the President and, under the AfAN Constitution, is formed from global officers and selected national leadership so that worldwide oversight remains connected to the realities of national churches.
The Global Board exercises worldwide governance while remaining accountable within the wider global leadership framework established by the AfAN Constitution and By-Laws.
Term: The Constitution provides a four-year term, subject to re-election.

Formulates global policies and operating guidelines and implements approved global decisions and development plans.
Represents AfAN before relevant authorities and at global or national functions where worldwide church representation is required.
Establishes and maintains relationships with other churches, mission bodies, institutions and organizations.
Oversees international ministerial placements and transfers in accordance with AfAN's constitutional processes.
Provides oversight for Global Directors of Ministries and other worldwide leadership responsibilities established by the church.
Reviews and ratifies global strategic management and budgetary planning and supports resource mobilization for global mission.
Exercises high-level credentialing and ordination responsibilities for ministers as provided by the Constitution and By-Laws.
Serves as a constitutional governance body, creates fact-finding mechanisms when required and addresses serious governance matters.
Calls and organizes global gatherings intended for revival, fellowship, spiritual strengthening and worldwide ministry alignment.
National churches carry substantial responsibility for ministry within their own countries. The Global Board gives common direction, safeguards AfAN's worldwide identity and constitutional order, coordinates matters that cross national boundaries, and supports national leaders in fulfilling the mission of the church.
