Using radio, television and digital platforms to communicate the Gospel, teaching and life of AfAN.
Media House exists to extend AfAN’s Gospel communication through broadcast and digital media. Its mandate is to produce and distribute Christ-centred content, support church communication, document ministry activity, strengthen public engagement and use appropriate technology to reach people who may never enter a church building.
These responsibilities translate the mandate into consistent ministry practice, planning and accountability.
Produce radio, television, livestream, video, audio and digital content.
Support sermons, conferences, worship events and major AfAN communications.
Maintain appropriate media archives and documentation.
Develop social and digital channels for evangelism, teaching and public information.
Train media volunteers and teams in production, ethics and technical skills.
Coordinate branding and communication standards across appropriate AfAN platforms.
Local churches should identify media volunteers, communicate events accurately, protect the dignity and privacy of members, and use digital platforms as extensions of ministry rather than substitutes for Christian community and pastoral care.
Activities should be planned, budgeted, reported and evaluated within the appropriate AfAN leadership structure, with programmes remaining consistent with the church’s doctrine, vision, mission and policies.
Connect with your local AfAN leadership to learn how you can participate, volunteer, pray, give or help strengthen this area of ministry.
