The Global Church provides the highest level of shared oversight for Assembly for All Nations. It connects national churches to one doctrine, one mission, common governance standards and coordinated international ministry.
Provides the principal global governance of AfAN, formulates policy and operating guidelines for national churches, and carries responsibility for global strategy, partnerships, ministerial oversight and constitutional governance. The Global Missions Director serves as a member of the Global Board and its Board of Administration.

Provides a constitutional mechanism for disciplinary matters that properly belong at global level, helping protect integrity, due process and accountability within the worldwide church.
National churches are the principal country-level expressions of AfAN. They govern and administer the work within their nations while remaining connected to the global church.

Coordinate cross-border ministry, global evangelism, mission partnerships, church expansion and international placement, supported by Missions Directors serving from the global level through national, division, district, cluster and local church leadership.
Provide high-level oversight of ministerial credentials, ordination and global leadership appointments as prescribed by AfAN's governing documents.
Represent the global church and cultivate relationships with churches, organizations, public institutions and mission partners.
Approve global strategic and budgetary direction, mobilize resources, support national churches and strengthen accountability.
